In our estimate appointment,we will meet you at the job site. We will listen to your ideas and provide consultation as requested on building codes, material options, and design considerations. In this meeting we try to gather as much information as possible, to provide you with an accurate quote.
Before we send you the quote, we will contact you to further discuss colors and designs for materials.
You will receive your quote in around 5 business days after our estimate appointment. If you approve the quote,we will move forward with the contract.
We want to make sure we are all on the same page before we sign anything or collect the initial payment. Once we have the contract, we will meet to sign and collect the project down payment, which is 50% of the total project price.
Pull Permits & Ordering materials
After signing the contract, our work begins. If we need to pull building permits before beginning work on the job site, we will keep you updated on this process. We will order your materials and let you know about dates for delivery.
Execute the project
Now the fun begins! Once we confirm a start date, we will begin working on your project. As we go, we will communicate with you about our progress, any changes, and any potential delays.
Once the project is complete and has passed all final building inspections, we will send the final invoice. We may also share project photos with you to remember and share your remodeling journey.
